John Marchetti

Originally from Bricktown, New Jersey, John moved to Winter Haven, Florida in the early years of grade school. John is an Alumni of Winter Haven High School, class of 1970. After graduating, he was given the opportunity to serve in the Army as one of the last of the college “draftees,” and was sent to Germany.
Later he found his way back to Winter Haven and received an AA Degree from Polk State College (PCC) in 1977. John became a Realtor in 1978 through a family owned agency and 2 years later he branched off and opened Star Realty of Winter Haven, Inc. Today he has over 40 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry, making him one of the most knowledgeable and trustworthy agents around! He knows the market and is well engaged in the community, in which he loves.
John has been a member of the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce for over 30 years. The National Association of Realtors have recognized him with the status of "Realtor Emeritus" for more than 40 years in the Real Estate Industry.
CarLee Marchetti

Born and raised in Winter Haven, CarLee has a love for helping others and her community! She graduated from Lake Region High School and earned her Bachelor's Degree in 2020 from Palm Beach State College. Easily being intrigued by the real estate profession, CarLee started pursuing a path following in her father’s footsteps.
As the next generation Realtor, she’s dedicated to helping all clients throughout each aspect of real estate. Her hard work and passion drives her to work persistently with her client's best interest at heart. She strongly believes, it is not only her duty to represent her clients to the best of her ability, but also to educate them throughout every step of the process.
CarLee is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM - Lakeland Chapter). During her off time, she enjoys nothing more than being surrounded by family, friends, and the outdoors. She cherishes serving and giving back to her local community through being a part of the charitable organization of Junior League of Greater Winter Haven.
